A bit about me:

 

I grew up on a sheep and beef farm in Southland New Zealand with both my parents and two younger sisters.

I attended TeTipua Primary, a small rural school of about 40 students, and then boarded at Enwood house in Invercargill while studying at Southland Girls High. I immersed myself in many extracurricular activities over the years, but Ballet and Distance running became the prominent two.

I fell madly in love with running for its purity, and decided to pursue it abroad following my senior year.

I was lucky enough to fulfill this dream, running first for Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas and now The University of New Mexico at the Division 1 collegiate level.

I absolutely love the collegiate athlete experience, but life is one crazy ride, an ever-evolving story, and so much more of a process than it looks from outside.
